The Local 199 Holiday Party was scheduled for December 19^th 2009. All the plans where dashed when the first snow storm of this year hit with a vengeance.

Recorded totals where record smashing 23,5 inches in Philadelphia and 18 inches in Wilmington. At the last minute when the Governor issued a State of emergency the party was moved to Sunday the 20^th. All efforts where made to try to contact as many members as possible. Due to the time restraints and the fact all the food was prepared the party went off with 55 attendees.
